First make sure to download and install the Seagull Printer driver by clicking here.
The installation program will look like this.
Next open the Device Manager in Windows
There is probably a device in 'Other Devices'. That means windows doesn't know what that device is yet; you will have to teach it.
Right click on the Printer in Other Devices and choose Update Driver Software:
Select Browse My Computer for Driver Software:
Choose Let me pick:
Select Printers and Next:
Choose Have Disk:
Type in C:\Seagull
You should see your printer model. Select it and choose Install.
If you do it correctly, the printer will show in the printers:
