KILLING PRINT JOB
Sounds like a print job is stuck in either:
STUCK IN WINDOWS PRINT QUEUE:
Choose Start, Settings, Printers or Start, Printers & Faxes.
Double click the printer that is printing the job.
If a job shows (under Document Name)
Choose Printer and Cancel Documents
STUCK IN PRINTER:
Turn the printer OFF and ON to clear a job in the printer's memory
TO TEST THE PRINTER
Right Click the printer icon. Choose Properties. On the GENERAL TAB, click TEST PRINT
--------------------- Deleting print Jobs that won't delete when you choose Printer, Cancel All Print Jobs
Open the JS-Menu icon or a dos prompt to get the Command prompt.
Type NET STOP SPOOLER and press Enter DEL C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\PRINTERS\*.* NET START SPOOLER and press Enter EXIT and press Enter
