Before going any further, from the VJS File Center verify you are selecting the *live/real* data (and from the correct shared data folder on the server) and not the demo data.
If the File Center shows only the Demo (Evaluation Copy) company file, not your normal live, working company file, choose "more", then "Add Company File" then "Find Existing Visual Shopkeeper Company File"
Then select the appropriate data folder. Usually
it's fairly obvious which is the right one: it'll be on the correct
hard drive and will have a recent Last Used date.
