Using the NOTES box on the customer profile screen you

can assign any number of different mailing codes.

 

For example, in the NOTES box on the customer profile screen you

could add codes like this {ROTARY}  meaning Rotary Club

{CC}  meaning Country Club, etc

 

A single customer could have any number of such codes

Note the curly brackets to make them quite unique - as CC alone would be

found if there were the word "Account" in the comments.

 

It doesn't have to use curly brackets -anything will do - e.g. <CC> or

^CC^ etc

 

Then you could do mailings or exports  specifying comment {CC}

along with any other criteria from the 6,1 screen

(only, as that's the only mailing screen which lets you select by keywords in comments)
