Looking up the Officejet G85 on the HP web site indicated that this
multifunction printer might work with Shopkeeper. If it does you'd need to
try these:
*) make sure it's connected with a parallel port cable (not a USB cable)
Connect it to LPT1 or LPT2
*) Turn off the Officejet software by right clicking the icon in the lower right corner of the windows screen and selecting the Close option.
You would likely need to re-activate the officjet software in order to send
or receive a fax.
*) Add an HP DeskJET 550c driver using the Add Printer wizard in windows (don't delete the office jet printer driver - just add this new one)
*) When printing from Shopkeeper make this driver the default driver.
