HPELITE

Some HP OfficeJet printers do not correctly print the 12-Pitch font

(12 characters per inch font) Therefore, reports or labels of the

Shop-Pro which request this font get printed in a much smaller

17-pitch font which is not terrible for reports but causes mailing

labels to not fit.

If you experience this problem, you can adjust the printer codes

in the Shop-Pro. Choose option 8,A for Printer Control Codes, select

the HP Deskjet printer, then change the Elite code to :

027,040,115,048,112,049,048,072,027,038,107,049,048,072

Note that you have to select the Pica/Elite code menu choice, then

skip the Pica code by pressing Enter to get to the Elite code.

Then exit and save the code changes by pressing

0) Return to Previous Menu & Save Changes
