From the Main Menu, select REPORTS PRINTING, then Sales Reports. The following screen will appear:

Class Code Y-T-D Sales Reports — This report prints sales by major class code, and includes the year-to-date totals with a comparison to the current period’s sales. This report will not show individual items, just totals for each major class code. To print this report, see step 2.

 

Class Code M-T-D Sales Reports — To print a sales report by major class code for the month or for any time period, see step 3. This report will not show individual items, just totals for each major class code.

 

Select Items Sales Reports — These reports show sales for any selected items and shows individual items. These reports can be sorted a number of different ways and can separate taxable from non-taxable sales. To run these reports, see step 4.

 

Stones Sales Reports — This report shows the sales of loose stones and lets you customize the report by the attributes specific to loose stones (the four C’s, etc.). To run this report, see step 5.

 

Customer Sales Reports — This report shows which customers bought certain types of items or who have spent a certain amount at your store during a specific time period. You can also print mailing labels for these customers. To print this report, see step 6.

 

Layaway and Special Orders Details — This reports all the outstanding layaways and special orders. This report contains detail such as the customers’ names and addresses, each item on the layaway and the first and last payment date. This option can also print reminder mailing labels. This report cannot be displayed on-screen.

 

Note that as with most reports, if you want to include all sales, do not specify any report limitations that will exclude some sales.
