Cash Register Maintenance

The Cash Register Maintenance section of the program produces a number of sales reports that are useful for the daily accounting and reconciliation of monies received (and paid-outs as appropriate).

 

If you use your Jewelry Shopkeeper as a point-of-sale system, you must “clear the register” every day by running a Z-Report to maintain the integrity of some of the cash register reports. However, you are advised to run this report each day even if you are not yet running in point-of-sale mode.
