From the Main Menu, select SYSTEM MAINTENANCE, then Sales Clerk Maintenance. The following screen will appear:

Choose the option for the task you want to perform.

 

Add a Clerk — To add a new sales clerk record to the system, see step 2.

 

Edit a Clerk — To edit an existing sales clerk record, see step 3.

 

Delete a Clerk — To delete a sales clerk record from the system, see step 4.

 

Display Clerk List — To display a list of sales clerks on the screen, see step 5.

 

Print Clerk List — To print a list of sales clerks on the printer, see step 6.

 

Choose the option to perform the task you want, and skip to the appropriate step number.
