This screen allows you to choose the customers to print on the report. To change an option, use the <↑> and <↓> keys to highlight the option, and enter the information required by the selection.

Options 2 through 6 will cause the report to start displaying or printing in addition to making that selection. To select which customers will appear on the report you can choose options 1, 7 and 8 and one other option.

For Customers*} To print a range of customer names on the report, enter the beginning and ending customer names. For example, to print customers whose last names begin with B, enter BAAA as the start of the range and BZZZ as the end of the range.

For Total Past Due Exceeding *} To print only customers with a total past-due amount (1 + 2 + 3 + 4-months past due) over a certain amount, type the amount. Choosing this option starts the report.

For 2 Months Or More Past Due Exceeding *} To print only customers with a total two-or-more months past-due amount (2 + 3 + 4 months past-due) over a certain amount, type the amount. Choosing this option starts the report.

For 3 Months Or More Past Due Exceeding *} To print only customers with a total three-or-more months past-due amount (3 + 4  months past-due) over a certain amount, type the amount. Choosing this option starts the report.

For 4 Months Or More Past Due Exceeding *} To print only customers with a total four-or-more months past-due amount over a certain amount, type the amount. Choosing this option starts the report.

For All Customers*} Choose this option to report all customers regardless of past-due amounts. Choosing this option starts the report.

For Accounts With No Payment Since*} You can choose to pick out only those accounts which have not made a payment recently.

For Customer Types*} You can choose to include or exclude customers with specified customer types (the customer types are entered in each customer profile). You can select several customer types to include or exclude. For example you may have a customer type NS for customers who don’t get statements. You can type in several customer types, but they all have to be either excluded or included. To reset your selection if you make a mistake type XX.

Display, Print, Wide, Compressed, Mailing Labels*} The report can be displayed on the screen or printed on the printer. If the report will be printed, you can print on regular size paper or, if you have one, you could print on a wide-carriage printer which has room to print more detail. The wide report can also print the same detailed report on a standard-size printer by using small (compressed) characters. 3½ʺ×15/16ʺ mailing labels may also be printed. These are the one-across type mailing labels. To change this selection, highlight the option and press <Enter>.
