2.Make Selections

This screen allows you to choose the customers to print on the report.

 

To change these options, use the <↑> and <↓> keys to highlight the option, and enter the information required by the selection.

 

To Start Printing or displaying the report, choose an option from Options 2 through 7.

 

To pick only certain types of customers, you can choose options 1, 8 and 9.

 

For Customers*} To print only a specific range of customer names on the report, type the beginning and ending customer names. For example, to print customers whose last names begin with B, enter BAAA as the start of the range and BZZZ as the end of the range.

 

For Total Balance Greater Than*} To print only customers with a total balance over a certain amount, enter the amount. Choosing this option starts the report.

 

For Total Balance Older Than 90 Days Greater Than *} To print only customers with a 90-day balance over a certain amount, type the amount. Choosing this option starts the report.

 

For Total Balance Older Than 60 Days Greater Than*} To print only customers with a 60-day balance over a certain amount, enter the amount. Choosing this option starts the report.

 

For Total Balance Older Than 30 Days Greater Than*} To print only customers with a 30-day balance over a certain amount, enter the amount. Choosing this option starts the report.

 

For Total Balance Exceeding Credit Limit By*} To print only customers who have exceeded their credit limits by a certain amount, enter the amount. Choosing this option starts the report.

 

For All Customers*} Choose this option to print all customers. Choosing this option starts the report.

 

Include Balances Which are Zero *} Do you want to include in your report customers with a zero balance? Yes or No.

 

For Customer Types*} You can choose to include or exclude customers with specified customer types (the customer types are entered in each customer profile) You can select several customer types to include or exclude. For example you may have a customer type NS (no statements) for customers who don’t get statements. You can type in several customer types, but they all have to be either excluded or included. To reset your selection if you make a mistake type XX.

 

Display, Print, Wide, Compressed*} The report can be displayed on the screen or printed on the printer. If the report will be printed, you can print on regular size paper or, if you have one, you could print on a wide-carriage printer which has room to print more detail. The wide report can also print the same detailed report on a standard-size printer by using small (compressed) characters. To change this selection, highlight the option and press <Enter>.
