RE:Word 2000 customer import
Open Word 2000
File, New Document
Choose Tools, Mail Merge. Mailing Labels. OK
Choose Merge Information from another type of file
Choose the .CSV file you created from ShopPro.
Answer Yes to the "use the entries in the first row of your data as field names"
Choose Comma and OK
A message: Word needs to set up your merge Document... OK
Choose Main Document and select 5160-Address.
Choose Insert Merge Fields.
A simple layout should look like:
City, State Zip
Click OK and Merge
Choose Details and sele 5160 Address, OK
Choose Tools, MailMerge, Document Type and Select: Mailing Labels. OK
