If you're using Shoppro v9.6 or higher:
The next time you receive the error
Look on the main Windows Desktop for the folder: JSREPORT
A file called: LASTERR.TXT should exist in there.
If you know how to e-mail, then please send that file
as an attachment to:
in the subject, please identify the store.
in the body, please explain the circumstances
under which the error occurred.
Otherwise, open that file using Notepad and print it and
likewise identify the store and the circumstances under
which the error occured.
